captain smith lost me my ship
I am not a doomsdayer.
I have a personal sense of belonging to the Titanic, the unsinkable ship of dreams.
Its sinking.
It hit too many icebergs.
Captain Smith isnt exactly a hero. He was old, unambitious, on his last journey as a captain. He was uncaught up with the importance and utlity of technological advances in telegraph. His command chain repeatedly ignored several warnings from other nearby Ships. smug, gloating, biggest ship ever, the unsinkable. He was self-assured based on his past experiences.
It took the Titanic 2:40 hours to go down. My ship got 100 days. See if it mends.
